CSLiveStats — Terms of Use

These Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the CSLiveStats mobile application and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

CSLiveStats provides CS2 match information (lists, details, favorites) and optional features such as Live Activities on supported devices. Content may come from third parties or our backend; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.

2. Accounts

Some features require sign-in (e.g. via Firebase Authentication). You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Paid features are offered via Apple In-App Purchase only. Subscription access is intended to work on your devices where the App is installed under the same Apple ID, subject to Apple’s rules (including Family Sharing, where applicable).

Auto-renewing subscriptions. If you buy an auto-renewing subscription:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the then-current price.
Manage or cancel in iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends, as shown at purchase.
You can restore eligible purchases using the restore option in the App (where available) and your Apple ID subscription history.

Product titles, lengths, and prices are shown in the App and on the App Store at purchase time.

We may change offerings or prices where allowed by Apple and applicable law; Apple may communicate price or renewal changes to you.

4. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control. For apps distributed via the App Store, your license is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), as applicable. You may not misuse the Services (e.g. disrupt servers, unlawful scraping, or reverse engineering except where law allows).

5. Intellectual property

The App and our branding are ours or our licensors’. CS2 and related marks belong to their owners. CSLiveStats is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation.

6. Third parties

The App uses services such as Apple, Google Firebase, and RevenueCat. Their terms and privacy practices apply as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers; limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability for claims relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the App or subscriptions in the 12 months before the claim (or USD $50 if greater), except where law forbids such limits. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.

8. Changes; termination

We may update these Terms here and change the “Last updated” date. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or law. Sections that should survive will survive.

9. Contact

Apple is not responsible for the App or for support beyond what Apple provides for App Store customers. For subscription billing and cancellation, use Apple’s subscription management.
