This Policy describes how we handle information when you use CSLiveStats (the “App”) and related services (the “Services”). Subscription terms are in our Terms of Use. A short summary of data practices may also appear on our App Store product page (App Privacy).
Depending on how you use the App, we or our providers may process:
Firebase data may be processed on Google’s infrastructure; see Firebase & privacy.
We use data to run and improve the Services, authenticate users, sync favorites, deliver notifications and Live Activities you choose, validate subscriptions, fix crashes, and meet legal obligations.
We share data with processors such as Google (Firebase), RevenueCat, and Apple as needed for the Services, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information as defined in applicable U.S. state “sale” laws.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal requirements, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable safeguards; no system is perfectly secure.
Use iOS Settings to control notifications, background activity, and tracking prompts where shown. To exercise access, correction, or deletion rights where applicable, email us. Some data must be kept for legal or operational reasons.
The Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your region). If you believe we have collected a child’s data, contact us.
Data may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. We use appropriate mechanisms where required by law.
Where GDPR-style laws apply, we rely on bases such as contract (providing the Services), legitimate interests (e.g. security and product improvement, balanced against your rights), and consent where required.
We may update this Policy here and adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated in the App where required.
